Q: What makes a good photo? A: To get the best result, please follow these simple tips:

Ears: Make sure the ears are in the frame and not cut off! Don't worry—if the photo you upload won't work, our team will email you to ask for a new one before we start designing.
Q: Can I have more than one pet in a portrait? A: Yes! We love multi-pet families. You can select the 2-pet or 3-pet options directly on the product page. If you have more than 3 pets, please contact us for a custom quote.
Q: Do you do animals other than dogs and cats? A: Yes! We can illustrate any animal. From bunnies and hamsters to birds and horses, if you love them, we can draw them.
🎨 Design & Preview
Q: Will I see the artwork before it gets printed? (Very Important) A: Yes! We offer unlimited revisions. Within 2-3 business days after you place your order, we will email you a digital preview of your artwork. You can ask for changes or approve it for printing. We will not print anything until you are 100% happy with the design.
Q: How do I change my order after placing it? A: If you need to change the photo or the size, please email us at [support@mayjumbo.com] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once our artists start working, changes might be difficult, so please be quick!
